When and where will the Transformers Run 2024 be held?Saturday, 19 October 2024 from 3pm onwards at Dataran Wawasan, Putrajaya

When does the registration close?Registration will close on 19 September 2024 or when all slots are sold out, whichever is earlier.

What is the minimum age to participate in the Transformers Run 2024?There are different minimum age requirements for the different race categories. 10KM Competitive - Ages 16 years old and above 5KM Fun-Run - Ages 13 years old and above 1.2KM Kids Run - Ages 8 years to 12 years old 800M Dash - Ages 4 years to 7 years old *age as of date of event

What happens if I could not complete my run within the qualifying time?All registrants must complete their run within the qualifying time.

I have my own insurance, do I still need to purchase the Group Personal Accident Insurance from the event?Yes, Group Personal Accident Insurance is mandatory for all participants (this is set by the Sports Commissioner Office of Malaysia). The fee is RM2 and will be automatically added during Registration.

Can I change my distance or category after I have completed my registration?Unfortunately, you are not allowed to change your distance or category upon completing your registration.

If I wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?No. Race entries are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The registration system documents the particulars of each runner and in the event of emergencies where medical assistance is required, the emergency contact is taken from the information stated at the back of the bib. For the safety of our runners, changes are not permitted.

Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after completing my registration?No. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Is there a cut-off time for the Transformers Run 2024?There is a cut-off time for each category: 10km - 2 hours 30min 5km - 1 hour 30min 1.2km - 45 min and 800m - 35min

What happens if I am unable to complete within the Cut-Off time?As we hope that all our athletes will be able to complete the race, even if it takes longer than the Cut-Off time, we will only enforce the Cut-off times only on a case-to-case basis or due to safety reasons.

Is it necessary to wear the race bib when participating in the race?Participants MUST wear their race bibs while participating in the race. The Race Organiser reserves the right to deny entry of runners into the start pen without valid race bibs.

What is the flag off time?The flag off time will be announced upon approval by the authorities.

Is there a baggage deposit area at the race village?There is a complimentary baggage check-in service at the race village where runners can deposit their belongings. *Counters will only accept items secured in bag(s). Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organiser will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items, or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to arrive 1 hour before their start time.

If I have kids/children below 4 years old, can I bring them to the event and run with me?Yes, children of 4 years old and below can run for free under the supervision of their parents. However, this free admissions will not entitle them to any running tee or other event merchandise.

Can I run if I am pregnant?If you were a regular runner before your pregnancy then it's safe to continue for as long as you find it comfortable and are not experiencing any complications. However, as organizers, we do not encourage this and we shall not be deemed responsible under any circumstances.

Can I run with a stroller?If you were a regular runner with your stroller then you can bring it at your own risk. However, as organizers, we do not encourage this for the safety of all the race participants and we shall not be deemed responsible under any circumstances.

My kids are between 4-12 years of age and registered under the Kids Dash category. Can my kids run with me under the Adults category instead?Yes, registered participants between ages 4-12 years can choose to join their parents to run in the 5KM category or the Kids Dash category. However, only 1 Finisher Medal can be redeemed per participant.

Can I collect my prize if I miss the presentation?Do reach out to an email within 7 days of the event for collection instructions. No collection will be permitted 30 days after the event.

Will there be a physical race pack collection?Yes, the details of the Race Pack Collection date and venue will be updated in due time. Do follow us on our social media or check in from time to time for updates.

What do I get in my race pack?Event Tee, Race Bib, Limited Edition Transformers Tin Box.

Can someone collect my Race Kit for me?Yes. To do so, your representative will need to show a Confirmation Email of your Race, and a copy of your Photo ID.

Can I change my t-shirt size after registering?No, you are not allowed to change your t-shirt size after registering.

I opted to ship my race pack. When will I expect to receive it?You should expect to receive the race pack at least 1 - 2 weeks before the event.

I can’t make it for the Race Pack collection – can I collect my Race Pack onsite?No you cannot and you need to assign a representative to pick up you pack on your behalf. If you need delivery of your race pack, there will be a charge of $20 per participants
